By accessing or using the 1 Sequence Cyber Compliance-as-a-Service platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

1 Sequence Cyber Ltd provides a compliance management platform designed to help organizations achieve and maintain PCI DSS compliance. The Service includes:

• Automated compliance scanning and assessment
• SAQ (Self-Assessment Questionnaire) automation
• Document management and evidence collection
• QSA coordination and communication
• Compliance reporting and dashboards
• ASV scanning integration
• Penetration testing services

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code

• Using industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Only sharing data with authorized parties as necessary for service delivery
• Complying with applicable data protection regulations

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Compliance assessments and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee PCI DSS certification. Final certification decisions rest with your QSA and acquiring bank.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Sequence Cyber Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
